INFORMATION REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with article 13 of the EU regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”) laying down rules on the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the personal data provided by you to receive information and obtained by our company will be processed, in compliance with legislation and the obligations of confidentiality which inspire our business.

Types of Personal Data Processed

The personal information that the Controller collects and processes include: Full Name, Company Name, Professional Address, Email Address, Telephone Numbers.

In case of disclosure of personal information about family members, partners or third parties, please note that you are responsible of such disclosure and you must inform them and obtain their consent and authorisation to the processing of their data for the purposes and with the methods contained in this policy.


Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Personal data will be processed solely within the limits and for the purposes connected with the execution of the service or the performance required by the person concerned.

In particular: managing and processing requests for information received by users; allowing users, in relation with what they required, to learn about products, services, events and other activities undertaken or arranged by the Controller.

Subject to your specific and separate consent, your personal data may be processed for marketing purposes, by sending by e-mail or postal mail, newsletters, advertising and other marketing communications relating to products and services offered by PREET GROUP.

Therefore, the legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of user requests to receive the service that is the user consent


Methods of processing and retention period

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations referred to in article 4, n. 2) of GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

Personal data are processed both in print and mainly in digital and/or electronic form, with organisational procedures and logic strictly related to the purposes mentioned above.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access. The Controller reserves the option of using cloud services, in which case the service providers will be selected among those that provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 of GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes identified above, will be kept by the Controller for not more than 2 years from receipt.

Within this period the Controller will ask for any further specific consent before deleting the contact.


Mandatory or optional nature of data provision

The provision of personal data is optional and is referred to the will of the person concerned.

Any refusal to grant access/processing of personal data may make it impossible for the company to provide the service requested by the user.

The provision of data is optional for their possible use for marketing purposes.


Scope of communication and dissemination

To achieve the above purposes, and within the limits strictly relevant, personal data may be communicated, with suitable procedures, to internal processors.

The data collected will not be disclosed or be subject to any automated decision-making.


Minor’s Personal Data

Children under 18 cannot provide any personal information or send email.

The Controller shall in no way be responsible for any misrepresentation that may be provided by minors and should it ascertain the falsity of the statement, will immediately delete any personal data and any information obtained.


Rights of the person concerned/withdrawal of consent

At any time, the person concerned may exercise the rights referred to in articles 15-21 of GDPR: the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, the origin of personal data, the right of access to data, the right of modification and the right of withdrawal (“right to be forgotten”), the right to limit treatment, the right to portability, the right to object to treatment, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the withdrawal, the right to bring a claim to a supervisory authority.
